Italian Potato FingersIngredients: 1 lb large baking potatoes, about 2 1 tbsp Italian dressing Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges, place on pan. Mix dressing and oil until blended. Brush potatoes with dressing mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 35-45 minutes until potatoes are tender. Heat sause and serve as dip for potatoes. |
